8. Non-Refundable Purchases


Due to the digital nature and personalized creation process of AI-generated artwork:


  • All sales are final, and purchases are non-refundable.

  • This policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exclude digital goods created to user specifications from refund rights.

  • We offer you Downloads and streaming services

    • By downloading your goods:


    • You confirm before you download or stream content that you are aware they'll lose your 14 day right to cancel

    • You agree to an instant download before you start the download

    • You always have the right to a refund if the content is broken or there is no opportunity to download it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    • You always have the right to refund if the content is broken or there is no any opportunity to download them.

    • You are able to request refund if you are ROW customer by DATA DRIVEN DYNAMICS LTD (UK) and if you are EEA customer by DATADRIVENNODE LTD (Cyprus).



9. Delivery Policy


Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive digital files associated with your order directly to your account within 1-3 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.



10. User Responsibilities

  • Resell or redistribute artwork purchased on the platform without explicit permission.
